The Passport Application Service in India is a process in three stages that occur in Passport Seva Kendras PSKs, each one relevant to one region.
In the normal case, the passport application process starts with an online application to take an appointment. If still the website is in maintenance, get your passport application form from the passport office. You’ll be able to fill it in capital letters and send it by post office to your passport processing center.
You should then print out your valid appointment that you should present at the security of your Passport Seva Kendra at the given date.
At the security, you’ll be given a token. Wait for your turn. Then proceed to data verification in counter A. Then your biometric info, and photograph will be taken.
In the counter B, your document will be checked out by an agent.
- Original documents should be presentend with the application form
- The Application Form itself
- Self-attested copies of all original documents are joined in the file
